May 19, 2026

May 19, 2026 (Phoenix, Ariz.)InkFox Publicity, a LAVIDGE Co., is howling with pride to announce that Associate Director Lindsey Gobel has been honored with the first-ever “Leadership Committee Member of the Year” award by Blood Cancer United.

The accolade was presented during the Visionaries of the Year 2026 grand finale gala at the Crane Bay Event Center in Indianapolis, Ind. The event was the culmination of a high-stakes, ten-week philanthropic competition that raised over $800,000 for blood cancer research, advocacy and patient care.

Every year, Blood Cancer United gathers influential and compassionate leaders in the community to raise critical funds to fulfill their mission. Their Leadership Committee nominates candidates, who then form teams of friends and family to compete for Visionary of the Year.

InkFox’s Associate Director, Lindsey Gobel, who serves on the Leadership Team, was honored at the grand finale gala with the first ever “Leadership Committee Member of the Year” award.

“Her commitment, passion and unwavering commitment truly embodies the heart of our mission,” Committee Chair Beth Wyeth said. “Having served as a Team Member, a Candidate, and now, award-winning Leadership Committee Member, she [Gobel] represents the very best of what this campaign stands for.”

“I am so proud to be in the same room as the Blood Cancer United Leadership Committee,” Gobel said. “I got involved with Blood Cancer United (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society), when a good friend lost his battle with multiple myeloma, during the height of the global pandemic.”

Gobel shared that friends and family were unable to gather and mourn, so they formed a fundraising team to help other people battling cancer and fund important research to end the fight for good.

“We were able to see our fundraising efforts making a difference in real time,” Gobel said. “It was therapeutic to put all that grief towards something positive, while making a legitimate impact in the fight against cancer.”

This spirit of service is a cornerstone of the agency’s culture. Under the leadership of Sandra Torre, Co-President and CFO of LAVIDGE, the company’s IMPACT program encourages employees to donate their time and talent to help better the community.

Gobel’s leadership serves as a prime example of the “talent-for-good” philosophy that LAVIDGE and InkFox champion.
